Metal Vapor Lamp
A metal vapor lamp is a type of gas discharge lamp that generates light through the electric arc discharge in vaporized metal or a mixture of vaporized metal and gas.
High Luminosity:Metal vapor lamps can produce very high brightness, which makes them capable of providing sufficient illumination for large areas. They are widely used in stadiums, plazas, roads and other places that require high-intensity lighting.
Good Color Rendering:Some metal vapor lamps, such as metal halide lamps, have good color rendering properties, which can restore the true color of objects more accurately and are suitable for places where color recognition is required, such as shopping malls, exhibition halls and stage lighting.

High Efficiency:They have relatively high luminous efficiency, which means they can convert electrical energy into light energy more effectively than some traditional light sources, helping to save energy.Stable Performance:With a stable arc discharge, metal vapor lamps can maintain a relatively stable light output during operation. They have a long service life, usually reaching thousands of hours, reducing the frequency of replacement and maintenance.
Diverse Types:Common types include mercury vapor lamps, sodium vapor lamps and metal halide lamps. Mercury vapor lamps are divided into low-pressure, high-pressure and ultra-high pressure types. Sodium vapor lamps are usually used for street lighting due to their high luminous efficiency and orange-yellow light.
